The General Directorate of Abu Dhabi Police engaged Our Team for the upgrade of its operation rooms capabilities so as to benefit from today’s technological possibilities to a maximum extent. A dedicated emergency and crisis software was to be introduced, supplying information with regard to special operational procedures, real-time vehicle and resource location, automatic incident population, resource overview (Police / Ambulance / Fire Services) and CCTV. On top of that, integrated simulation and training facilities for digital communications systems and emergency scenario training with analysis and feedback tools are to be provided.
Our Team tasks and responsibilities include the elaboration of requirements specification, tendering and evaluation, implementation supervision as well as upgrading and integration support.
